The short film as a “LOVE” letter to Tbilisi / Georgia
In particular to the years of young adulthood, a period when every encounter and emo- tion feels extraordinarily euphoric and intense. From navigating through first toxic relation- ships to embarking on a quest to find and bring magic back, which can haveboth literal and metaphorical dimensions.
These experiences encompassed change and a yearning for something grander and more radiant, much like the mythical tales of electric blood. Throughout it all, I often found myself surrounded by a backdrop of dystopian brutalist structures that seemed to sway in harmony with my inner turbulence.
This project is a for the symbolism obsessed people - those who revel in the transforma- tion of folk mythologies and their application to contemporary society. Much like my great grandmother used to advise me to tell troubling dreams to running water after nights filled with sweaty nightmares. Engaging in old thread game, weaving romanticized interpretations of a solitarychildhood devoid of companionship. The journey to discover rapture always commences within, extends its influence to the surroundings, and culminates with you ending up in the box.
